Pre GCSE & GCSE
The school prepare students for GCSE Arabic exams where in pre-GCSE focusing on Arabic language only where the students:
- should be able to read well and to understand the contents of the text with the ability to answer the questions raised.
- should be able to write the text with regard to a particular subject at least to 70 words based on what has been studied in language grammar.
while in GCSE Arabic curriculum which comprising general topics related to media, tourism, culture, sports, recreation and the environment as described by EdExcel where the student:
- should be able to read well and understand the text content and to answer the questions raised.
- should be able to write an article consisting of (30-70 words) on one of the subjects of the previous topics, and relying on what has been studied in grammar.
- should be able to write an article consisting of (120 words) on one of the subjects of the previous topics, and relying on what has been studied in grammar.
- The student should be able to speak and express in Arabic fluently on two themes of the range of topics previously mentioned.
